Job Overview
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate will speak with potential customers, understand their property requirements, provide project information, and schedule site visits.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Follow-Up
- Handle incoming customer inquiries from calls, websites, social media, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and explain project details.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Customer Support
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Provide information about project features, pricing, location, and availability.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Build positive relationships with potential buyers.
Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with customers before and after visits.
Lead Management & Reporting
- Update customer information in CRM or company records.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead reports.
- Track customer interactions and lead status.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, Lead Generation, or Real Estate Sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups.

- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
