- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain guest records and assist with billing coordination.
- Support café/restaurant staff with scheduling and communication.
- Handle basic administrative tasks (emails, documentation, reporting).
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Prior experience in front-desk/reception roles (hospitality or retail).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems).
- Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.
