Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to CEO

Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO who can efficiently manage the CEO’s professional and personal schedules. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, flexible, and willing to travel frequently for site visits, client meetings, and official business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and calendar.
- Coordinate and organize meetings with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain meeting schedules, agendas, and follow-up reports.
- Track and manage payment schedules, vendor payments, client payment reminders, and financial follow-ups.
- Accompany the CEO for site visits, client meetings, inspections, and official travel.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
- Maintain confidential business and personal information with complete discretion.
- Handle official correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation.
- Assist in project coordination and follow up with engineers, supervisors, and office staff.
- Maintain records of ongoing projects, pending tasks, and deadlines.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the CEO.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and regular follow-ups.
- Assist the CEO with personal commitments whenever required.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for official purposes.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Executive is preferred.

Salary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹52,060.00 per month
