Job Title: PR Visa Counselor – Team Leader

Job Summary
The PR Visa Counselor – Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of PR Visa Counselors, driving sales targets, managing client consultations, ensuring high-quality immigration guidance, and overseeing the end-to-end PR visa process. The role involves team management, client relationship building, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with immigration policies and company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the PR Visa Counseling team.
- Allocate leads and monitor team performance against monthly targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
Client Counseling & Sales
- Conduct detailed assessments of clients' profiles for PR eligibility.
- Provide accurate information regarding immigration pathways, requirements, and procedures.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective counseling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle escalated client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Process Management
- Monitor the complete PR application process from consultation to submission.
- Coordinate with filing and documentation teams to ensure timely processing.
- Verify client documentation and ensure accuracy before submission.
- Track application progress and update clients regularly.
Business Development
- Assist in developing sales strategies to increase PR visa conversions.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of immigration programs and industry trends.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all counseling activities comply with immigration laws and company guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enrollments, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor team KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Immigration/PR Visa Counseling.
- At least 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and other PR programs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
