Job Description:
- Connect with customers who have already applied for a loan.
- Guide customers throughout their loan journey step by step.
- Assist customers in completing the application process smoothly.
- Explain the process clearly and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain proper follow-up with customers until the process is completed.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
