Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Customer Support Executive to strengthen our customer service team. This role combines customer interaction, issue resolution, and sales conversion, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Voice Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Troubleshoot product/service issues and deliver effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Conversion & Upselling
- Convert inbound queries into sales opportunities through persuasive communication.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Build trust with customers to close deals and encourage repeat purchases.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty programs.
- Communication (Voice & Email)
- Communicate clearly in English, Hindi, and preferably a Southern Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam).
- Draft persuasive sales emails tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure customer-focused communication across all channels.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM records of inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and conversions.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve service quality and customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service voice process role.
- Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi (mandatory). Knowledge of a Southern Indian language is an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with customer service software/tools; ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Customer Focused: Professionalism, empathy, and resilience in handling challenging situations.
Pay: ₹15,750.23 - ₹30,803.39 per month
