Role overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and disciplined Investment & Capital Allocation Manager to represent the CEO in evaluating startup equity opportunities across Kerala and managing structured capital growth through financial market investments.This is not a speculative day-trading role, but a strategic capital management position focused on disciplined growth and risk protection.
Key Responsibilities:
Startup Equity Investment
- Meet startup founders across Kerala to evaluate business models
- Analyze financial statements, projections, and funding requirements
- Conduct structured due diligence
- Assess valuation and negotiate equity structure
- Identify risks and scalability potential
- Make investment recommendations / decisions in alignment with CEO
- Structure governance terms and investor protection clauses
Post-Investment Portfolio Management
- Track startup KPIs (Revenue, Burn Rate, EBITDA, Cash Flow, Growth Rate)
- Conduct periodic review meetings
- Monitor fund utilization
- Identify early warning signals
- Plan exit strategies (Buyback, Acquisition, Strategic Sale, etc.)
Capital Allocation & Market Investments
- Manage approved trading capital across regulated platforms
- Follow disciplined risk management strategies
- Maintain capital preservation as priority
- Apply structured trading methodology (No speculative trading)
- Monitor drawdowns and maintain performance reports
- Provide monthly capital performance updates to CEO
