About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Chat Support Agent with excellent written communication skills and prior experience in chat-based customer support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently handle multiple customer conversations, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat and SMS with professionalism and accuracy.
Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining service quality.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records using CRM and support tools.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, dispatch, or logistics.
Prior Chat Support experience is highly preferred.
Strong written English proficiency (B2 CEFR level or above).
Comfortable using tools such as Twilio Flex, Zendesk, Slack, Google Maps, and internal dashboards.
Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy.
Ability to manage 3 or more active chats simultaneously.
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
Ability to stay calm and de-escalate challenging customer situations.
Preferred
Experience in Logistics or Customer Service (CSA).
