Job description
1. Diploma/BE (Mechanical/Production Engineer)
2. To check drawings
3. To check BOM as per the drawings
4. To prepare indent of material, as per approved BOM & check availability with the store
5. To ensure proper flow of production with respect to drawings and check resources
6. To carry out stage-wise inspection of the job as per internal QC and approved QAP
7. Make necessary arrangements for dispatch of the job
8. Ensuring proper housekeeping & safe working environment on the shop floor
9. Should be able to achieve the production targets
10. Co-ordinate with third party inspection
11. Handle the contractor teams to achieve production dispatch on or before the desired date & time
12. Should have knowledge of welding and weld consumables
13. List of equipment’s to be handled: - API storage tanks, columns, pressure vessel, heat exchangers, reactors (agitated), centrifuges, ANFDs etc.
14. Should have knowledge of construction material for all equipment's
15. Should have knowledge of ASME U stamp procedures to execute the job on the shop floor
16. Should have knowledge of plate layout preparation in AutoCAD
17. To prepare & achieve production plans / flowcharts
Job Specification:
- Experience in handling process equipment projects such as Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Chemical Reactors, Columns, Centrifuges, ANFD Systems, Storage Tanks, Condensers.
- Strong understanding of fabrication and process equipment manufacturing.
- Ability to read and verify engineering drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Basic production planning and reporting tools.
- Ability to prepare and achieve production plans and flowcharts.
- Leadership and team handling capability.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
