Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations and lead a team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving regional sales goals
- Supervise and guide sales executives
- Expand dealer and distributor network
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (steel/construction preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives
