Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an analytical and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to lead our quality assurance initiatives .
- Quality Systems Management: Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure strict compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Audit Leadership: Plan and execute comprehensive internal & external audits, including 5S audit frameworks, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Defect Resolution: Apply Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies and Lean principles to lead root-cause analysis, troubleshoot production defects, and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities within the manufacturing value chain to reduce waste, optimize power/utility usage in machinery, and improve overall product quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment, ideally in plastic parts manufacturing or injection molding.
Pay: From ₹540,000.00 per year
