Key Responsibilities
A BDA plays a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding a company’s market presence. Core duties include:
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify potential clients, conduct cold calls, emails, or social media outreach, and qualify leads for the sales team
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategies
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring smooth communication and engagement
- Sales Support: Assist senior business development managers with presentations, proposals, and pitches, and coordinate meetings or demos
- CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems, track lead interactions, and prepare reports on lead quality and conversion rates
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align outreach efforts and implement growth strategies
- Event Participation: Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, or industry conferences to expand professional connections
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
