Job Overview:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, guide customers on product selection, and support order completion. Focus on clear communication, trust-building, and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads generated from ads and website
- Understand customer concerns (skin issues, product doubts)
- Explain product benefits and usage clearly
- Assist in order placement and confirmation
- Handle basic objections and FAQs
- Update call status, remarks, and outcomes in CRM/dashboard
- Coordinate with sales team for escalations or high-intent leads
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Malayalam + Hindi/English preferred)
- Basic understanding of customer handling
- Comfortable with phone-based work
- Willing to learn sales-oriented conversations
- Basic mobile/CRM handling skills
