Virtual Oplossing is hiring motivated professionals for our international process team. We are seeking candidates with strong communication abilities who can interact with overseas clients and contribute to business growth through lead generation and client engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Connect with international prospects through outbound communication
- Share information about company services and solutions
- Generate and maintain potential client data
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails
- Maintain records and updates in CRM/software systems
- Work closely with the internal team to support business development activities
- Achieve assigned performance goals and productivity targets
Candidate Requirements
- Good spoken English and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in international process or sales will be an advantage
- Candidates should not be enrolled in regular daytime education
