I am looking to hire a Secretary /Administrative Assistant for my gifting and packaging business.
The position is based at my home office in Urbana NRI Complex, Kolkata, and requires the candidate to work from Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The key responsibilities will include:
• Managing basic accounts and records
• Maintaining inventory and stock records
• Following up with vendors and suppliers
• Maintaining client order lists and schedules
• Assisting with décor and event-related work whenever required
Please note that during periods of high workload, the candidate may be required to work longer hours and occasionally on Saturdays. Conversely, during lighter work periods, flexibility and early leave may be provided.
The salary offered is between ₹10,000 and ₹11,500 per month, depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
