The Quality Analyst – Report Evaluation is responsible for reviewing, validating, and improving internal and client-facing reports. The role ensures reports are accurate, timely, well-structured, KPI-aligned, and decision-ready.
Preference will be given to candidates who have hands-on experience using AI tools to support report analysis, quality checks, and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Report Evaluation & Quality Control
Review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for accuracy and completeness
Verify data, calculations, trends, and logical consistency
Ensure reports follow approved formats, templates, and KPIs
Check clarity, readability, and professional presentation
Identify errors, gaps, and inconsistencies and coordinate corrections
AI-Assisted Analysis (Preferred)
Use AI tools to:
Cross-check data and summaries
Identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps
Improve report insights and executive summaries
Ensure AI outputs are validated manually before final approval
Suggest process improvements using AI-based analysis
Coordination & Feedback
Share clear, structured feedback with report preparers
Coordinate with sales, operations, HR, finance, or marketing teams for clarifications
Maintain documentation of quality findings and corrective actions
Continuous Improvement
Track recurring report errors and quality issues
Prepare quality performance summaries for management
Support automation and standardization of reporting processes

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; analytics or business preferred)
2–4 years experience in:
Quality analysis
MIS / reporting
Data analysis or operations support
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, AI dashboards, or automation tools
Ability to write effective prompts for analysis and reporting
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and graphical representation.
Basic understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
