Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Branding & Graphic Designer to develop and maintain the hospital's visual identity across digital and print platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging designs, supporting branding initiatives, and ensuring consistent communication of the hospital's services, values, and healthcare campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing and promotional materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, standees, and hospital branding collaterals.
- Create digital content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Develop creative concepts and designs for healthcare awareness campaigns, health camps, events, and special programs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all hospital communications and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with doctors, department heads, and the marketing team to create informative and visually appealing healthcare content.
- Design patient education materials, health tips, newsletters, and presentation decks.
- Assist in photography, videography, and editing of hospital events and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and printers for production of marketing materials.
- Update and maintain hospital branding elements including logos, templates, signage, and digital assets.
- Stay updated on design trends, healthcare marketing practices, and branding strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills.
- Knowledge of print production, branding, and digital content creation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, or medical industry branding.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Basic photography and video editing skills.
- Understanding of healthcare communication and patient engagement.
- Familiarity with website graphics and digital marketing campaigns.
Pay: ₹10,314.86 - ₹15,000.00 per month
