We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in HR and recruitment.

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

Conduct initial HR screening calls

Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers

Post job openings on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

Support in employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and documentation

Pursuing or recently completed graduation (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment processes

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
