Role summary
- Builds BMC's institutional and HoReCa business — supplying offices, corporates, hotels, restaurants, cafés, hostels, schools, hospitals and events from the base kitchen and outdoor catering setup. Owns the full B2B funnel from prospecting to repeat order.

- Corporate offices & factories (pantry / cafeteria) · hotels, restaurants & cafés · hostels & PGs · schools, colleges & coaching centres · hospitals & clinics · banquet halls & event organisers
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting — build the B2B pipeline; identify and approach institutional accounts
- Solution selling — pitch BMC's B2B offerings: chai concentrate / premixes, snacks & ready packs, pantry supply, outdoor catering & event catering
- Sampling & tastings — coordinate product samplings, demos and trial orders with prospects
- Commercials — negotiate rate contracts, payment terms & supply schedules
- Account management — maintain & grow existing institutional accounts; drive repeat orders
- Order & supply coordination — liaise with base kitchen on production, dispatch & cold-chain delivery
- Events & catering — close outdoor catering orders for weddings, corporate offsites & events
- Track receivables & ensure timely collections
- Maintain CRM & report weekly pipeline, orders & collections to Ops Manager / Founder
Routine
- Daily prospecting & calls → client meetings & samplings → negotiate & close orders → coordinate dispatch with base kitchen → account check-ins & collections → weekly pipeline & revenue report.
Required
- Graduate · 2+ yrs in B2B / institutional / HoReCa sales (food & beverage, FMCG, packaging or hospitality) · strong negotiation & field sales attitude · CRM & Excel · fluent Hindi & English · own vehicle, willing to travel
Good to have
- Existing HoReCa & corporate network in UP West, Uttarakhand & NCR · catering & events background · understanding of rate-contract & tender processes
