We are looking for a responsible and organized Modular Factory Manager to handle day-to-day factory operations. The candidate will manage basic stock, labour coordination, and vehicle arrangements. This role is suitable for someone with practical experience and limited technical skills but good coordination ability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stock Management
Maintain daily records of raw materials and finished goods
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Coordinate with purchase team for material requirements
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
2. Labour Management
Supervise factory workers and assign daily tasks
Track attendance and working hours
Ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor
Maintain discipline and basic safety practices
3. Vehicle & Dispatch Coordination
Arrange vehicles for material delivery and pickup
Coordinate dispatch schedules with clients/site teams
Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods
4. Factory Operations
Support daily production activities
Coordinate between different teams (carpentry, finishing, etc.)
Ensure work is completed as per schedule
Required Skills: knowledge of stock handling
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage labour and daily operations
Basic record-keeping in Excel)
Problem-solving attitude
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
