Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's digital presence while supporting business development initiatives through digital channels. The role includes executing SEO strategies, managing website performance, creating engaging content, driving lead generation campaigns, and leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and optimize website content to ensure accuracy, user experience, and performance efficiency.
- Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, including On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement content optimization techniques to improve organic search rankings.
- Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Develop and publish high-quality, SEO-optimized blogs, website content, and marketing collateral.
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, digital platforms, and online research to support business development efforts.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure timely lead handover and effective follow-ups.
- Plan and execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Track, analyze, and report website traffic, SEO performance, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation metrics using relevant analytical tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithms, and social media best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Experience in social media marketing and executing lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and digital prospecting techniques will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
