Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Growth and Outreach Intern to support our business expansion, client outreach, partnership development, and lead generation activities. This role is ideal for candidates interested in healthcare startups, wellness brands, business development, sales, and strategic growth.
As a Growth and Outreach Intern, you will work closely with the core team to identify potential clients, build professional relationships, and contribute to the growth strategy of a fast-growing wellness startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation and client outreach activities
- Identify potential partnerships, collaborators, and business opportunities
- Conduct market research on healthcare, wellness, nutraceutical, and preventive healthcare industries
- Support customer engagement and relationship-building initiatives
- Coordinate with marketing and growth teams for outreach campaigns
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records
- Assist in developing outreach strategies for brand visibility and expansion
- Connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking platforms
- Help in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and partnership discussions
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in startups, wellness, healthcare, or business development
- Basic understanding of sales, outreach, or client handling
- Confidence in speaking with clients and building relationships
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and online research tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
