Job Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and directing compelling fiction content across digital platforms. It requires exceptional storytelling skills, a strong understanding of screenplay writing, and the ability to translate scripts into engaging visual narratives that captivate audiences.
- Conceptualize and develop original fiction stories, screenplays, dialogues, and episodic content.
- Create emotionally engaging characters, story arcs, and screenplay structures that resonate with audiences.
- Direct actors and production teams to bring scripts to life while ensuring creative consistency.
- Collaborate with producers, cinematographers, editors, and creative teams throughout pre production, production, and post-production.
- Visualize scenes, plan shot breakdowns, and oversee the execution of shoots to maintain the intended creative vision.
- Refine scripts and scenes based on creative feedback while maintaining narrative flow and character development.
- Ensure projects are completed within production timelines while maintaining high creative and storytelling standards.
- Stay updated with audience preferences, fiction storytelling trends, and digital entertainment formats to create impactful content.
Skills Required:
- Strong storytelling, screenplay writing, and dialogue-writing skills.
- Excellent understanding of fiction writing, character development, story structure, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to direct actors and communicate creative vision effectively during production.
- Good understanding of cinematography, shot composition, editing, and production workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
