- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream (Marketing, Communications preferred).
SEO or Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) are a plus.

- 5–6 years of proven SEO experience in a digital-first company (B2B, marketplace, SaaS, AdTech preferred).
- Demonstrated experience scaling organic traffic and lead generation.
Experience working closely with Product and Tech teams.

- Organic Growth Strategy
- Own and drive the end-to-end SEO strategy aligned to lead generation and business growth goals.
- Build quarterly SEO roadmaps with clear impact projections.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.
Improve topical authority in media planning, advertising, CTV, digital marketing, sports marketing, influencer marketing, and key industry verticals.

- Technical & Platform SEO
- Optimize on-page elements: meta tags, schema, structured data, internal linking, canonical tags, robots.txt, and sitemaps.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with Tech to resolve crawlability, indexing, and performance issues.
Work with Product and Tech to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the CMS and platform.

- AI & Emerging Search Optimization
- Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for featured snippets and AI search summaries.
- Monitor visibility across evolving AI-driven search experiences and adapt strategies accordingly.
Stay ahead of Google updates and search algorithm shifts to proactively maintain and grow organic performance.

- Analytics & Experimentation
- Track SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue contribution) and build performance dashboards.
- Run structured SEO experiments and content refresh programs to improve performance.
Present SEO insights and growth narratives to internal stakeholders.

- Strong expertise across technical, on-page, and content SEO.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog (or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of site architecture, schema implementation, and internal linking strategies.
- Experience building SEO dashboards and interpreting data for decision-making.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into action.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

- Experience with programmatic SEO or marketplace SEO.
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and automation workflows.
- Exposure to structured data frameworks and AI search environments.
- Basic understanding of SQL or working with large datasets.
Experience with CRO and landing page optimization.
