Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and passionate Sales Academic Counselor who can guide prospective students in choosing the right career program while helping them understand the value of our training and placement services.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into admissions through consultative counseling.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling
- Counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- Understand each student's educational background, career goals, and challenges.
- Recommend the most suitable PHINCO ELITE program based on their profile.
Admissions & Sales
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Explain program curriculum, fee structure, scholarship offers, EMI options, and placement process.
- Handle objections professionally and guide students toward informed decisions.
Lead Management
- Handle fresh leads generated from digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Update every interaction in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups until admission closure.
- Maintain accurate lead status and admission records.
Relationship Building
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Address concerns related to careers, placements, program eligibility, and job opportunities.
- Provide a personalized counseling experience.
Documentation & Enrollment
- Guide students through the admission process.
- Verify eligibility criteria.
- Collect admission documents.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Operations teams for enrollment completion.
- Ensure smooth onboarding after admission.
Coordination
- Coordinate with:

to ensure a seamless student journey.
Sales Activities
- Daily outbound calling.
- Follow-up with existing leads.
- Conduct online and offline counseling sessions.
- Participate in webinars, seminars, education fairs, and career guidance events.

- Conduct follow-ups with all assigned leads
