ServiceNow Developer (Mid-level)
Experience: 2–3 years
- Develop scripted controls and indicator logic in ServiceNow IRM under the direction of the senior developer, following agreed specifications from the compliance analyst
- Build and maintain REST API connections to external systems (OneIdentity, CyberArk, Rubrik, Azure Sentinel) using IntegrationHub and scripted REST messages
- Implement standard ServiceNow components including catalog items, approval workflows, Flow Designer flows and notification logic to support control automation
- Conduct unit testing of individual components and raise issues early to avoid rework in UAT
