1. Housekeeping & Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
- Dust and clean furniture, equipment, and common areas regularly.
- Dispose of waste and ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained.
- Refill pantry and washroom supplies as required.
2. Pantry & Refreshment Services
- Prepare tea, coffee, and other beverages for employees and visitors.
- Serve refreshments during meetings and to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area and utensils.
- Monitor and inform Admin regarding pantry stock requirements.
3. Office Support
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
- Deliver documents, parcels, and other materials within or outside the office when required.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
- Handle basic errands and miscellaneous office tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of office cleaning and housekeeping.
- Ability to prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Physically fit and capable of handling routine office tasks.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
