Job Description: Event & Outreach Coordinator (NGO Division)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Event & Outreach Coordinator to
manage the charitable initiatives and trust-related events for the Kamala Group. This role
requires a blend of professional logistics management and dedicated community
engagement to ensure the Trust’s operations are seamless and impactful. The ideal
candidate will act as the primary liaison between the Trust, its beneficiaries, and external
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Execution
Organize and manage Trust-related events, family gatherings, and special charitable
occasions.
Handle all logistics, including catering, guest lists, and venue coordination.
Manage travel, transport, and accommodation for event speakers or VIP guests,
ensuring all documents are in order.
2. Outreach & Correspondence
Act as a gatekeeper for the Trust, screening inquiries and managing access to the
Principal regarding NGO matters.
Draft professional correspondence and handle communications with external
advisors, legal teams, and bankers.
Conduct research on new charitable opportunities and unique project requests.
3. Team & Volunteer Supervision
Supervise on-site staff during events to ensure services are delivered to high
standards.
Maintain complex schedules and calendars for Trust activities and stakeholder
meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background: BMS/BBA or MBA (MBA preferred).
Experience: Proven background in executive assistance, private personal support,
or legal/business coordination.
Drafting & Organization: Strong drafting and follow-up skills with a high level of
organizational "watch" over complex schedules.
Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple personal and professional NGO matters while
meeting strict timelines.
Confidentiality: Absolute discretion and integrity when handling sensitive financial
and legal data.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and digital schedule management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
