Role Overview
As a Telecaller at Klehver, you will be the first point of connection between our brand and potential customers — playing a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving the sales journey from first call to site visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate projects
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate, helpful property information
- Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable options
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records consistently
- Follow up with leads proactively to convert them into site visits or closures
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience — real estate preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent communication in Telugu, English, and Hindi
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
