About the Role
Adwerdo is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy talking to people, we'd love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain Adwerdo's digital marketing services.
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Experience in digital marketing, IT, or service sales is preferred.
