B2C Intern – Business Development

Location: Janakpuri West, Delhi | On-site
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: Up to ₹7,000 per month

This is a B2C Sales & Business Development internship. The role involves speaking with students and parents, explaining our learning solutions, conducting follow-ups, handling objections and working towards conversions.

What You'll Do
- Interact with students and parents to understand their requirements and present suitable learning solutions.
- Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Build relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
- Handle customer queries and basic objections.
- Recommend suitable learning plans based on customer requirements.
- Work towards assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.
- Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Interested in Sales, Business Development and Customer Acquisition.
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups and customer conversations.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Previous sales, telecalling, marketing or internship experience is an advantage.
- Minimum commitment of 3 months is mandatory.
