Tender Management Lead – Government & Enterprise ProcurementCompany: Venqon
Venqon is building a connected procurement and supplier discovery platform enabling vendors and enterprises to access Government Tenders, Private RFQs, Supplier Discovery, and Procurement Workflows through a single platform. Venqon currently provides access to Government tenders from 1500+ sources including Central Government, State Governments, PSUs, Boards, Corporations, Railways, Cooperative Banks and Enterprise Procurement opportunities.
Role Overview
· Lead the Tender Management function at Venqon.
· Manage vendor support, customer coordination, tender participation workflows, procurement operations and revenue-generating tender assistance services.
· Work directly with founders and enterprise procurement stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities – Tender & Customer Management
· Assist customers in identifying relevant Government and State Government tenders.
· Guide vendors regarding tender participation processes and portal registrations.
· Support customers with GeM, CPPP and State eProcurement portal related queries.
· Coordinate documentation, EMD, eligibility and submission requirements.
· Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Tender Assistance & Revenue Generation
· Drive revenue generation through paid tender assistance services.
· Coordinate with vendors for tender participation support opportunities.
· Convert platform users into active tender assistance customers.
· Maintain relationships with active vendors and procurement participants.
Procurement Operations
· Manage tender workflows on the Venqon platform.
· Monitor categorization and operational management of opportunities.
· Coordinate tender uploads, RFQs and supplier interactions.
· Support procurement and sourcing initiatives.
Product & Platform Inputs
· Provide operational feedback to improve the platform.
· Suggest workflow improvements.
· Identify recurring customer pain points and operational gaps.
Enterprise Coordination
· Visit enterprise locations across Delhi NCR for procurement meetings.
· Coordinate with procurement teams regarding RFQs and supplier discovery.
· Represent Venqon during client meetings and onboarding discussions.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Experience in Tender Management, Procurement Coordination, GeM Operations or eTendering support.
· Understanding of Government tender portals and State eProcurement systems.
· Strong communication, documentation and customer handling skills.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Ability to work independently and manage ownership-driven responsibilities.
