We are looking for a technically skilled specialist to strengthen our Abas Systech & Cloud team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, our cloud infrastructure and support teams.

On-Call and weekend duty possible

Set up and configure customer connectivity to our AWS cloud environment
- Provide 1st- and 2nd level support, including troubleshooting across network, system, and cloud topics
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networks, VPNs, routing, and tunneling (incl. FRP)
- Collaborate with our Corporate Cloud Operations Team
- Work closely with the Product Support Team on customer cases
- Support automation and deployment workflows (CI/CD)
Required Skills & Expertise
- Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, routing, tunneling solutions (e.g., FRP)
- Experience with Windows Server administration
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Linux administration experience
- Knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, VPC, IAM, networking concepts)
- Experience with Argo CI/CD, Ansible, or similar automation tools
- Familiarity with cloud architectures, DevOps concepts, and modern deployment workflows
- Understanding of ERP processes (e.g., finance, inventory management, production, or CRM) is an advantage
- Understanding of ITIL principles
