Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs by providing individualized instruction and promoting inclusive education. The educator will work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure students achieve academic, social, and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide individualized instruction in areas such as reading, writing, math, and communication skills.
- Support the integration of students with special needs into mainstream classrooms.
- Adapt teaching strategies, materials, and assessments to meet diverse learning needs.
- Monitor student progress and maintain proper documentation.
- Implement behavior management strategies and support students’ social development.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or similar needs preferred.
- Strong communication, patience, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines is an added advantage.
