Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the café and ensure everything runs smoothly during service hours.
- Lead the floor team with a hands-on approach, helping maintain a warm, welcoming, and high-energy guest experience.
- Interact with guests regularly, handle feedback gracefully, and step in to resolve concerns whenever needed.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, barista, and service teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
- Manage staff schedules, shift planning, and team coordination to ensure efficient operations throughout the day.
- Support the team during busy hours and create a positive, collaborative work environment on the floor.
- Keep a close check on inventory, stock movement, and operational requirements to avoid service disruptions.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained across the outlet.
- Assist in training and guiding team members while helping build a motivated and service-driven culture.
- Monitor daily operations, sales performance, and overall guest experience while identifying areas for improvement.
- Represent Greenr Café’s values and help create an experience that reflects our focus on mindful hospitality and sustainable dining.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within cafés, restaurants, or hospitality spaces.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle fast-paced operations calmly and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- A people-first attitude with a strong focus on hospitality and guest experience.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and solve operational challenges proactively.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, billing/POS systems, inventory handling, and team coordination.
- Someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Interest in wellness-focused hospitality, plant-based dining, and sustainable food culture is a plus.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
