- Project Leadership & Supervision: Manage electricians and technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies, including conducting regular safety inspections.
- Technical Planning: Interpret schematics, blueprints, and design specifications to guide installation.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform and oversee routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, specifications, and codes.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory, materials, and tools, including ordering supplies.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, maintain records of work done, and report accidents or issues to management.
- Team Development: Train and mentor junior staff.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
