About the Role
Elva Modeling Studio is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to connect with people who have shown interest in becoming models.
Your primary responsibility will be to call and follow up with enquiries, understand their interest, explain how Elva Modeling Studio can help them start their modeling journey, and convert interested prospects into enrollments.
Candidates do not need to have a modeling portfolio to get started. Elva Modeling Studio helps aspiring models build their portfolio and take the next steps toward the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with interested modeling enquiries/leads.
- Understand the prospect's interests, requirements, and modeling goals.
- Explain Elva Modeling Studio's services, process, and opportunities clearly.
- Build rapport with prospects and answer their basic questions.
- Handle basic social media activities such as posting & creating content, responding to messages, checking enquiries, and communicating with prospects through social platforms.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads through calls and messages.
- Convert qualified enquiries into appointments/enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/conversion targets.
- Reconnect with old or pending enquiries to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with the team for interested prospects who require further assistance.
Target & Performance
This is a target-based role.
The candidate will be expected to:
- Make a defined number of calls every day.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Maintain a healthy conversion pipeline.
- Achieve assigned monthly enrollment/conversion targets.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with targets and is motivated by results.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking to new people over the phone.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, lead conversion, counselling, or customer support is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Basic computer/smartphone skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined enough to work independently from home.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
