Job Description
Amzer Infra Projects is looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Supervise site engineers and other project staff.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site visits and review project performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and budgeting.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is an added advantage.
