Job Title: Junior Industrial Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Industrial Engineer to join our woven garments division. The selected candidate will support the industrial engineering team in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining quality standards on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing operation bulletins with correct method and machine requirements
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard minute values (SMVs)
- Support in setting production targets and monitoring line performance
- Work with production and quality teams to identify and eliminate bottlenecks
- Analyze production layouts and suggest improvements for better workflow
- Maintain production efficiency reports and assist in root cause analysis for low-performing lines
- Help implement lean manufacturing techniques and 5S practices on the floor
- Coordinate with the IE team for line balancing and capacity planning
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation for daily IE reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Apparel Technology, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within the garment manufacturing sector (woven preferred)
- Basic knowledge of IE tools like time study, method study, and line balancing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting
Preferred Candidate:
- Familiar with woven garment production environment
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced production setup

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
