Preferred Industry Background: RMC, Cement Manufacturing, or Construction Chemicals/Admixture Industry
Qualification
* B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
* Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and quality control
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize concrete mix designs from M10 to M60+ grades.
* Evaluate and approve cement, aggregates, M-sand, fly ash, GGBS, admixtures, and other raw materials.
* Monitor concrete quality parameters such as slump, strength, workability, and durability.
* Troubleshoot concrete-related issues including low strength, slump loss, segregation, bleeding, and cracking.
* Conduct cement-admixture compatibility studies and optimize admixture usage.
* Provide technical support to production plants, sales teams, and customers.
* Ensure compliance with IS standards and project specifications.
* Drive cost optimization through efficient use of cementitious materials and admixtures.
