- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and cleaning before painting
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish
- Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using spray guns and other tools
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and ensure smooth, high-quality finishes
- Repair minor surface damage such as scratches, dents, or rust before painting
- Maintain painting equipment and tools in proper working condition
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment while handling paints and chemicals
- Ensure work is completed within deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with technicians and supervisors for painting requirements
- Keep the work area clean and organized
