Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, addressing their needs, handling feedback, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay
- Build positive relationships with guests and ensure personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements
- Conduct guest feedback and satisfaction surveys
- Manage VIP guest arrivals, special requests, and guest preferences
- Ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns and service recovery
- Maintain guest records and prepare daily reports

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and guest-handling abilities
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hotels, resorts, luxury properties, or hospitality establishments
- Knowledge of hotel PMS software (IDS, Opera, etc.) is an added advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
