Scope of Responsibilities
- Day-to-day project management of the sensory evaluation and NPD programme from within the organization
- Organising and procuring benchmark market samples identified in monthly benchmark,briefs, including sourcing, ordering, and coordinating delivery to the evaluation team
- Managing sample logistics for trained sensory panel sessions - labelling, preparation,
storage, and dispatch
- Supporting R&D team in conducting NPD work across the 13 priority
product-format combinations and 3 NPD development tracks
- Coordinating prototype submissions and tracking prototype rounds across all active
projects
- Acting as the primary day-to-day liaison between internal R&D,
commercial, and procurement teams and our advisory team
- Maintaining project trackers, timelines, and status updates across the Year 1 priority
programme
- Supporting the preparation of internal briefing materials, evaluation schedules, and
meeting notes
The embedded FTE resource will be managed day-to-day designated R&D or project lead, and will report into our Engagement Lead for professional oversight
- Qualification & Experience:
- B Tech/M Sc : Food Technology, Food Science & Engineering with 3 -4 years of experience.
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
