About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic, energetic, and student-focused Education Counsellors who are passionate about guiding students in their academic journey.
You will be the first point of contact for students, helping them explore courses, understand eligibility, and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities
Manage and respond to student inquiries (calls, walk-ins & counseling sessions)
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve enrollment targets
Coordinate with sales/marketing for promotions and campaigns
Requirements:
Graduation/PG
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and build strong rapport
Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
Pleasant personality and professionalism
Laptop is compulsory
Telugu or Kannada mandatory
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
