Qualification - MSW / MBA in HR / IR; MLM Job-
Related Experience:
- Min 10 years in HR; Min 3 Years in Talent management / Plant Initiatives Business Understanding:
- Textile Manufacturing processes; exposure to multi-unit environment Textile industry supply-chain
- Exposure Migrant Workforce management Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills):
- HRIS / HRMS operation; Ability to speak Hindi; Read / Write and Speak Tamil.
Support business process mapping & Org Structuring
- Design and maintain job descriptions and job specifications for all key roles
- Review and update JDs to align with changing business processes.
- Ensure Proper JD communication and periodical JD-based reviews
Coordinate manpower planning with the Corporate HR Head & HODs.
- Consolidate and validate manpower budgets and recommendations
- Track approved vs actual manpower and highlight variances
Draft, update, and circulate HR policies and processes.
- Maintain policy documentation, version control, and distribution
Design suitable Performance management System in discussion with HR heads and Management.
- Coordinate goal setting and performance planning process.
Work with Corporate HR Head, Plant Heads, and HODs on increments and promotions. Support the design and administration of reward and recognition schemes.
Handle issues amicably and support plant HR in problem-solving
- Establish a fair and positive grievance redressal process and ensure fair treatment. Address the employee grievance with the support of the HR head and HODs / Management.
Drive HRMS / HRIS implementation for core HR modules.
Pay: ₹15,500.29 - ₹54,414.20 per month
