Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and consultants.
Manage onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
Conduct background verification (BGV) and maintain employee records.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HRIS data.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the payroll team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support employee engagement activities and performance management.
Handle employee queries and grievance resolution.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS.
Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlement, and relieving documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience:
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate, construction.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience in onboarding and background verification.
Understanding of payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience hiring for sales, engineering, architecture, CRM, projects, and corporate functions in the real estate
