ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend ServiceNow best practices.
- Support UAT, user training, and solution adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or Functional Consultant.
- Expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, FSM, or ITAM.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, process mapping, and business analysis.
- ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; CIS certification is an added advantage.
