Team Leader – Real Estate
Location: Tathawade, Vision One Mall Phase2
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Assign and track leads, site visits, and follow-ups
- Drive team performance and revenue targets
- Support team members in client meetings, negotiations, and closures
- Monitor daily activities, pipeline, and conversions
- Train and mentor new hires on sales process and product knowledge
- Ensure proper CRM usage and reporting
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in real estate sales
- Prior experience in team handling / leadership role
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Good knowledge of Pune real estate market
- Own vehicle (bike) required for client visits and site travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
