Summary/objective
Division : Medekom – Sales

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets forskill trainers & simulators
Identify and prospect potential customers/distributors in Medical, Nursing and Allied Health Colleges - Govt./Pvt., Corporate Hospitals & Simulation Training Centers
Working according to company sales policy under Sales Manager on regular basis to drive the sales number in the assigned territory.
Meeting and conducting product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of the products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and market demand.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Open to travelling in the assigned territory.
On time payment collection against sales
Market information (New Tender’s/New Institute/Hospitals)
Direct promotion and sales of medicalsimulation product line
Attending academic events in assigned territory
Role & Responsibilities
Prior experience in selling medical devices or similar products.
Medical equipment companies (preferably medical simulation, anaesthesia, and critical
care/Ultrasound), Imaging companies, and surgical equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Experience
3- 7 years of experience in Sales through channels and direct customers.
Qualification
Science graduate (B.Sc./M.Sc.) BBA, B. Pharma, MBA (will be an add-on)
Preference will be given to a person with prior experience in anaesthesia and critical care
care/Ultrasound), Imaging companies, Surgical Equipment
