Job description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents for competitive exams such as CAT, CUET, CLAT, and IPMAT
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective academic counseling
- Customize sales pitches to build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with institutional stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and timely follow-ups using CRM
- Achieve individual and team targets as assigned by the management
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (BCA / B.Tech/ B.com/BA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to IT/SaaS-based education products is preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
